Age 96, of Lake Worth, Florida passed away on June 14, 2014. Mrs. Dolochycki was born in Jersey City, New Jersey on January 29, 1918. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank in 1990. Mrs. Dolochycki is survived by her daughter, Catherine A. (Perry) Habib; son, Stephen Dolochycki; grandchildren, Jennifer Anne Glasser and Heath Judah; great grandchildren, Katie, Emma, Logan, Abby and Matty. Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, West Palm Beach.
