Carmen Leticia "Letty" Cabrera, age 76, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away July 5, 2014 in Atlantis, Florida. Letty will be lovingly remembered by her family, including her daughters, Michelle M. Cabrera-Colon (Angelo) and Damaris Cabrera, her grandchildren, Brandon Colon and Justin Colon, her sisters, Ana, Maggie and Esther and her brothers, "Tati" and Jose Luis. A Memorial Gathering to Celebrate her Life will be held 7-9 PM Thursday, July 10, 2014 at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach.
