Noble D. Looper, II, age 51, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away July 28, 2014. Noble will be lovingly remembered by his family, including his wife, Amelia Looper, his children, Keever Looper and Kenji Looper, Brian Looper (Nataly), Michael Looper, his father, Noble Looper, Sr., his grandchildren, Laniyha, Ava and Nate. Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach.
