Ruth England, age 70, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away September 14, 2014 in Atlantis, Florida. Ruth was a retired Textbook Administrator for the Palm Beach County School Board. She will be lovingly remembered by her family, including her brothers, Clyde W. England, William A. England, Lynn England, her sisters, Phyllis M. Peck, Edith Kuiper, and many nieces and nephews. Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach.
