She is survived by her children, Matthew Boyd, Michael Tahash and Pamela Bernau-Davey; brother, Thomas B. Phillips. A Memorial Service will take place at 5:00 PM on Friday, October 3, 2014 at Cross Community Church, 2575 Lone Pine Road, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33410.
