Patricia Costantino Cutler, age 55, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away December 24, 2014. Mrs. Cutler will be lovingly remembered by her family, including her husband, Alan J. Cutler, daughter, Gianna Rose Cutler, son, Jake Edward Ruby Cutler, mother, Maria Costantino, sister, Rosamaria Bruzzese, brothers, Edward "Nick" Costantino, Jeremiah Costantino, nieces and nephews, Bianca, Sara, Luke, Toni Maria, Lila, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A Memorial Service will be held 4:00 PM Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, the Rev. Aidan M. Lacy celebrant.
