Thomas A. Kulik, age 55, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away December 25, 2014. Tom was predeceased by his mother, Claire Kulik. He will be lovingly remembered by his family, including his father, Walter N. Kulik, brothers, James Kulik and Michael Kulik, sisters, Lisa Jardin and Michele Kulik. Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach.
