John S. "Jack" Koch

June 9, 1928 — February 7, 2015

Age, 86, of Greenacres, Florida, formerly of Butler, Pennsylvania, passed away February 7, 2015 in Atlantis, Florida. Mr. Koch was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of World War II. He was a communicant at St. Luke Catholic Church, Lake Worth, Florida, where he sang in the choir. He also sang in the Coastman Barbershop Chorus. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He was predeceased by his daughter, Laurie Jean Koch. Mr. Koch will be lovingly remembered by his family, including his wife of 63 years, Madelyn J. "Jean" Koch, his children, Michelle Stewart (Jud), Richard Koch, Cheryl Dick (Robert), John Koch (Vicki), James Koch, (Shelly), Linda Kintz (Christopher), 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, brothers, Karl Koch, Robert Koch, sister, Mary Jo Koch. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 10 AM Friday, February 27, 2015 at St. Luke Catholic Church, Lake Worth, Florida, the Rev. Andrew Brierley celebrant. Inurnment with full military honors will follow at South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, Florida. Memorial gifts may be sent to: The Wounded Warrior Project. Arrangements are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach.
