Lillian B. Moran

March 27, 1927 — April 16, 2015

Lillian Beasley Moran, daughter of James B. Beasley and Clyde Mae Collins Beasley of Macon, Georgia and beloved wife, mother, and grandmother of Boynton Beach Florida, passed away on April 16, 2015. . Lillian was born in Macon, Georgia on March 27, 1927. She attended Miller High School in Macon and later attended business school also in Macon. For many years Lillian worked for Mr. Charles Jones as a Manager at the Ambassador Motel in Macon. She met and later married John I. Moran on April 30, 1959. They relocated to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida in the early 1960's. Lillian setup a private accounting service in Palm Beach Gardens and serviced several businesses in Palm Beach. She then worked for John D. MacArthur as his personal accountant before accepting a position at RCA. When RCA closed its plant Lillian was the last employee to leave at its closing. She then went to work for Sunrise Bank where she worked until she retired. Upon retirement she and John traveled extensively cruising the waters of the world enjoying exotic destinations Lil is a member of the Saint Mathew Catholic Church of Lake Worth , Florida, and is survived by her husband John I. Moran, her son Dan W. Hamlin of Cape Canaveral, FL., daughter Marleen Grenier, granddaughter Gwendolyn B. Hamlin of Fort Lauderdale, FL., several other great grandchildren and her beloved dog Casey. Arrangements are being made by Tillman Funeral Services of Lake Worth, Florida. A Mass will be held at Saint Mathew on Monday April 27, 2015. Interment will follow at National Cemetery.
