Robert Eugene Hartman, age 91, of West Palm Beach, passed away June 12, 2015. Mr. Hartman was born in Nappanee, Indiana on December 2, 1923. He is survived by his sister, Sharon Chapman of Syracuse, Indiana. There will be no local services for Mr. Hartman at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory.
