Sara Afeltro, age 77, of Lantana, Florida passed away at home on December 6, 2015. Sara was born in Uruguay on July 2, 1938. She is survived by her husband, Yamandu Afeltro; daughters, Marion Afeltro and Mariela Afeltro; grandchildren, Bruno Oddone, Franco Oddone, Ileana Matheu and Camilla Matheu.

Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, West Palm Beach, Florida.
