Luz Celeste Arroyo, age 80, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away at home on January 4, 2016. Mrs. Arroyo was born in Cuba on October 5, 1935. She is survived by her daughter, Ayesha Ana Archer Arroyo; son, Manuel Fidel Archer Arroyo; dear friend, Moises Pena.

Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, West Palm Beach, Florida.
