Hugh D.C. Motley,age 60, of Keswick, Virginia and Wellington, Florida passed away January 9, 2016. Mr. Motley will be lovingly remembered by his family, including his wife, Kathleen "Winkie" Motley, daughter, Sheila Motley (Mathew), grandson, Collins Camp-Allen, sister, Mary Motley-Kalergis, brother, James Coleman Motley. Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach.
