Debra Lynn Wester Boalt, age 61, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away January 12, 2016. Debra was born in Chicago, Illinois on October 2, 1954. She is survived by her brother, Chuck Wester. Debra is also survived by her nephew, Kevin Butler; niece, Jill Gahring; as well as Brittany, Emily, Christian, Ethan and Sawyer.

A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date and will be announced by Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory.
