Cecilia L. Cournoyer, age 90, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away February 8, 2016. Mrs. Cournoyer will be lovingly remembered by her husband, of 60 years, Theodore A. Cournoyer, and son, Jim T. Cournoyer. Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach.
