Rev. Miguel J. Carmona, age 66, of Palm Beach, Florida passed away April 17, 2016. Rev. Carmona was born in New York, New York on February 26, 1950. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Rev. Sonia Carmona; children, Michael (Misty) Carmona, Rachael C. (Nathan) Carmona-Beaudin and Michelle Leah (Herb) Percey; grandchildren, Andre, Alyssa, Michael, Madison and Ethan; sister, Laura Carmona; brother, William (Lillian) Carmona.
Rev. Miguel Carmona was a Pastor in Staten Island NY for 10 years. He also worked as a Peace Officer for a local school. Upon moving to Florida he was Pastor of Calvary Lighthouse by the Sea and loved his job at the Kravis Center for 12 years. He was a dedicated father, pastor and husband. After retiring from Pastoring he attended the Tabernacle of Pentecost with his wife .He was a gentlemen and kindhearted person who loved his dog Candy and enjoyed dinners with friends and family. He especially adored his children and grandchildren. He will greatly be missed by his family, church and friends. His favorite scripture was "Stand Still and see the salvation of the Lord" Exodus 13:14.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach. A Celebration of Life officiated by Rev. Daniel Kyle will take place at 11:30 AM at the funeral home on Saturday followed by interment at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Pompano Beach, Florida.
