Angel Jose Borges

Angel Jose Borges, age 82, of Greenacres, Florida passed away on May 21, 2016.  He was born in Puerto Rico on October 22, 1933.  Angel was predeceased by his life-long love of 62 years, Cecilia Villafane-Borges.  He was a loving and dedicated father to his two daughters.  Angel loved spending time with his grandchildren and he enjoyed playing with his great-grandchildren. One thing is for sure, the love that we all received from him is a unique treasure that will never be forgotten.  The times that were spent with him, will turn into precious memories that are conserved in the heart.  Tears stream down our faces, but we know that he is in a happier place next to his beloved wife, Ceci.  He is survived by his two daughters, Gloria E. Borges and Luisa Borges; son-in-laws, Jimmy and Jenaro; grandchildren, Aleida, Danny, Esther, David, Zuner, and Reanna; nine great grandchildren.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated by Rev. Andrew Brierley at 2:00 PM on Friday, May 27, 2016 at St. Luke Catholic Church, 2892 South Congress Avenue, Lake Worth. Inurnment will follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery in Royal Palm Beach.
