James L. Carter, Jr., age 75, of West Palm Beach, passed away at his home on June 1, 2016. Mr. Carter was born in Tampa, Florida on October 24, 1940. He was a veteran of The US Marine Corps. Mr. Carter is survived by his wife, Darleen Carter; children, James L. Carter, III and Amy L. Carter-Armetta; grandchildren, William Carter, Carter Armetta, Carson Armetta and Hailey Armetta; sisters, Diane Carter-Truman and Delores Carter-Brown.
A Memorial Service officiated by Pastor Bill Stepp will take place at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Faith Presbyterian Church, 275 Alemeda Drive, Palm Springs, Florida 33461. There will be no services for Mr. Carter at the funeral home.
