Javier Alexis Concepcion-Gutierrez, age 46, of Belle Glade, Florida passed away suddenly on July 4, 2016. Javier was born in Cuba on June 23, 1970. He is survived by his wife, Zarahi Blanco Diaz; children, Pedro and Roberto.
