Joshua W. Spada, age 21, of Loxahatchee, Florida passed away at home on August 2, 2016. Joshua was born in Coral Springs, Florida on February 23, 1995. He is survived by his mother, Dawne M. Spada; father, Dan E. Hartman; sisters, Krystal Marie Hughes and Elizabeth Ann Hartman; brothers, Douglas Earl Hartman and David Lewis Hartman; grandmother, Carol Perrine and grandfather, Fred Burton.A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Palms West Presbyterian Church, 13689 Okeechobee Boulevard, Loxahatchee, Florida 33470. The time of the service is pending and will be announced by Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory.
