Howard E. Williams

Howard E. Williams, age 86, of Lake Worth, Florida passed away August 7, 2016. Mr. Williams was born in Delray Beach, Florida on January 29, 1930, the son of the late Thomas H. and Elsie B. Williams. He graduated from Palm Beach High School in 1947. Mr. Williams served with the US Navy on the USS McGowan from 1948 to 1952. He loved his job working as a meat manager at Publix for 30 years. Mr. Williams is survived by his wife of 59 years, Elsie J. Williams; son, Howard (Leslie Mock) Williams, Jr.; daughter, Leslie (Dave) Teets; sisters, Marilyn Williams and Helen Bonner; niece, Cheri Brinson. He will also be lovingly remembered by his two cherished grandchildren, David Teets and John Teets.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach. A funeral service will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 12, 2016 at the funeral home followed by interment with military honors at Memory Gardens Memorial Park in Lake Worth.
