Adam M. Rabinowitz, age 24, passed away at The Possible Dream Foundation in Miami, Florida on September 18, 2016. Adam was born in Boca Raton, Florida on August 4, 1992. He is survived by his mother, Georgette M. Terry; father, Jeffrey N. Rabinowitz; sisters, Amanda Rabinowitz, Keri Rabinowitz and Sarah Rabinowitz; grandma, Nani Terry; nieces, Mia and Jade; nephews, Jason and Kody. Adam will also be lovingly remembered by his caretakers, the Geraldi family as well as all the friends he made at the Possible Dream Foundation.

Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, West Palm Beach Florida.
