Carolyn R. Sokolik, age 78, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away October 7, 2016. Carolyn will be lovingly remembered by her family, including her son, David W. Sokolik, daughter, Laura L. Sokolik, grandchildren, Anson and Paula, 2 great grandchildren, brother, Richard Rosencrans, sister, Anita Portuese.
Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home and Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach. Memorial gifts may be sent to Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida 33407.
