Noemi will be lovingly remembered by her family, including her husband, Hector Ortiz, daughters, Grisette Del Rio, Carmen Melendez, Carmen Perez, Josephine Perez, Wanda Jusino, Erika Camacho, 13 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 7 sisters, 1 brother.
Funeral Services will be held 8:00 PM Friday, December 2, 2016 at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach. The family will receive relatives and friends 5:00 PM until the hour of service Friday at the funeral home.
