Gloria Molares

Gloria Molares, 91 years of age, of West Palm Beach, FL, passed away on January 25, 2017, surrounded by her family at home and went to be with her husband, Reinaldo Joaquin Molares. She was born on September 17, 1925 in Fomento, Las Villas, Cuba to Alvaro Vazquez and Luz Lopez. She and her family came to the United States in 1962 where they resided in Pahokee, FL and later resided in West Palm Beach, FL. She was predeceased by her son, Reinaldo Molares, sisters, Luz Maria Vazquez Lopez (Fajardo), Caridad Vazquez Lopez (Padilla), Maria Teresa Lopez (Gallinal) and a brother, Antonio (Iraida) Vazquez Lopez. Left to cherish her memory and life are her sons, William Anthony “Tony” Molares, grandchildren, Veronica Jean and Carlo Anthony Molares and great grandchild Carly Jade Boore. Her son, Ramon “Chico” Molares, grandchildren, Amanda Nicole Molares and Ramon Joaquin Molares and her son, Reinaldo Jorge Molares; Siblings, Alvaro (Lola) Vazquez Lopez in Cuba, Mercedes Vazquez Lopez (Balbis), Adela Vazquez Lopez (Aragon), Elvia Vazquez Lopez (Rodriguez) and Jorge (Teresa) Vazquez Lopez of Florida along with many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated by Rev. Robert L. Pope at 11:00 AM on Monday, January 30, 2017 at St. Juliana Catholic Church in West Palm Beach. A woman of great Catholic faith and strength will be laid to rest following mass at Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery in Royal Palm Beach.

In lieu of flowers her wishes, and in her memory are for contributions to be made in support of her charity of “Friends of Pope John Paul, II Foundation, Inc., Member Chair, 1204 Whetstone Drive, Arnold, MD 21012.
