He will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Mary Florence LaBate; father, Oscar Alexis Arellano, Sr.; half-brother, Alex Sebastian Arellano; stepsister, Brenda Nathaly Acosta; paternal grandmother, Rita Elena de Arellano; maternal grandfather, Rene Alfred Martin cousins, Delia Santiago, Grehisel Espina. Oscar is survived by family on his paternal side, including his stepmother, Albina Aurora Arellano; uncles, Omar A. Arellano, Orlando A. Arellano (Misledys), Oswaldo A. Arellano, Oliver A. Arellano (Johanna), Oscar Arellano Altamar (Andrea), Oscar Alfonso Quintero (Sonia); aunt, Osmiris A. Arellano; cousins, Alexandra Arellano, Orlymar Arellano, Okssana Arellano, Orianny Arellano, Valeria Arellano, Thiago Arellano, Alexa Arellano, Alejandra Arellano, Camila Arellano, Oscar Andres Arellano, Andreina Quintero, Jackson Quintero, Paola Quintero, Sofia Vidal.
