Charlotte B. McGowan, age 81, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away March 13, 2017. She will be lovingly remembered by her family, including her daughters, Andrea Habrecht-Stasko (Bob), Ruth Habrecht, grandchildren, Alexis Stasko, Marissa Stec.
