Jennifer Smith-Thompson, age 37, of Lake Worth, Florida passed away March 18, 2017. Jennifer was predeceased by her mother, Maria Smith. She will be lovingly remembered by her family, including her husband, Cornelius U. Thompson, father, Joseph M. Smith (Rosemarie), brother, James Joseph Smith, stepbrother, Michael Rouse, stepsister, Michelle Flanagan.
The Rite of Committal and Inurnment will take place at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery, Royal Palm Beach on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at 1:00 pm.
Arrangements are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach.
