Evelyn F. Smith, age 95, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away April 6, 2017. Evelyn was born in New York, New York on August 31, 1921. She was predeceased by her husband, Henry in 1992. Evelyn is survived by her daughter, Lyndi K. (Ron) Fertel; son, Raymond L. (Andi) Smith; grandchildren, Kevin, Justin, Becky, Rachel and Jeremy; great grandchildren, Dzian and Teddy.

Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, West Palm Beach, Florida.
