Fredric F. Phillips, age 71, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away on April 15, 2017. Mr. Phillips is survived by his wife, Stephanie Wallen; children, Russell DeForest, Paul DeForest and Sheila Degelman; grandchildren, Nicole, Megan, Russell, Jr., Alan and Maryjane.

Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, West Palm Beach, Florida.
