Jose Ricardo Melendez Lopez, age 53, of West Palm Beach, Florida, passed away June 5, 2017. Jose was born in Cayay, Puerto Rico on May 5, 1964. He is survived by his daughter, Betsy Laboy; son, Ricardo Melendez; brother, Anastacio Melendez Lopez.
