Suzanne Mary Phelps

Suzanne Mary Phelps passed away June 28, 2017 at two days old. Suzanne was born in West Palm Beach, Florida to parents, Jesse and Daren Phelps on June 26, 2017. She is lovingly survived by her family, including brother, Wil Landis C. Phelps; twin sister, Alexandra Suzanne Phelps; Grand-mére, Suzanne Mary Reif; Grand-pére, Ronald Reif; Lola: Irene Fidelino; grandparents; William and Sybil Phelps; and several titos & titas and aunts & uncles.

A Graveside Service will take place 10:00 AM, Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery, 10941 Southern Boulevard, Royal Palm Beach, Florida.
