Madelyn M. Bavis

Madelyn M. Bavis, age 101, of Lake Worth, Florida passed away at home on July 8, 2017. Mrs. Bavis was born in Boston, Massachusetts on March 22, 1916. She was predeceased by her husband, John J. Bavis, son, Robert C. Bavis, brothers, John Pagliocco, James Pagliocco, sister, Rose Spacone.
She will be lovingly remembered by her family, including her children, John Bavis (Susan), Madelyn Prendergast (Thomas), Janet Kelleher (John), Kathleen Simmons (Edward), Rosemary Sutherland (Howard), Michelle Welch (Edward), Donna Golden, Michael Bavis, 26 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 10:00 AM Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Lantana, the Rev. Eli St. Forte celebrant. Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery, Boston, Massachusetts.
Arrangements are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach.
