Opal June Mowat, age 95, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away August 7, 2017. She was the beloved mother of Judy Schulman. Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach. Inurnment will take place at Garnett Cemetery, Garnett, Kansas.
