William "Bill" Kovacich

October 30, 1945 — September 3, 2017

William D. "Bill" Kovacich, age 71, of Lake Worth, Florida, formerly of Munster, Indiana passed away September 3, 2017. Bill was a loving and caring husband and father who loved to golf every day and who was passionate about napping in his recliner. He loved fishing and made several trips to Canada. He was a graduate of Purdue University and worked in the steel industry where he met the love of his life, Mary Lou. Bill was a U.S. Army Veteran and was stationed in Germany where he enjoyed traveling Europe when he took leave. He was happy to have moved to Florida to be close to his son & daughter-in-law. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Lou, and his son, Jeff (Mary). Sisters-in-law Connie(Bob) Rodenburg, Ruth Ann (Jerry) Besser, nephews Peter (Colleen) Rodenburg, Ben (Jill) Rodenburg, and Dan Rodenburg, niece Valerie Borio, and grandnephew, Jackson Rodenburg. Preceded in death by his parents, William and Helen Kovacich and brother-in-law Robert Borio. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, West Palm Beach, Florida.
