Christine V. Capps, age 76, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away on September 12, 2017. Christine was born in England on December 5, 1940. She is survived by her daughter, Sarah I. Burdick; son, Michael P. (Joette) Irish; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brother, Michael J. (Jane) Short.
