Patricia Kozma, age 75, of Lake Worth, Florida passed away November 9, 2017. Mrs. Kozma will be lovingly remembered by her family, including her husband of 56 years, Karl Kozma, son, Todd Kozma (Lorraine), daughter, Denise Demicco (Rick), grandchildren, Tiffany Kozma, Jeffrey Kozma, Nicolette Demicco, Ricky Demicco, Nicholas Demicco.
The family will receive relatives and friends 2:00-4:00 PM Monday, November 13, 2017 at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, where services will be held at 4:00 PM. Rev. Aidan M. Lacy of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Palm Beach Gardens will officiate.
Inurnment will take place at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery, Royal Palm Beach.
