Patrick Kane De La Cerda

Patrick Kane De La Cerda, age 25, of Deltona, Florida passed away suddenly on February 27, 2018. Patrick was born in Miami, Florida on June 4, 1992. He is survived by his mother, Patricia Ronze; father, Max De La Cerda; brother, Brice De La Cerda; half-brother, Justin De La Cerda. Patrick will also be lovingly remembered by his girlfriend, Jessica Devnani as well as many other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida. A Funeral Mass will take place at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at St. Luke Catholic Church in Lake Worth, Florida. Interment will follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery in Royal Palm Beach, Florida.
