Sally Pauline (Durrance) Sheldon 81 of West Palm Beach, Fl passed away April 24, 2018. As a fourth generation resident she was born at Good Samaritan Hospital, West Palm Beach, Florida on July 2, 1936 and a 1954 graduate of Lake Worth High School.
Noted as the first woman to file for a residential building permit in Palm Beach County, she built many homes and rental units. She was well known for her crafting abilities and craft shows. Being an avid “green thumb” gardener, she spent hours with her flowers and plants. She had her own boat and loved fishing throughout South Florida. She loved playing card games while socializing with friends. Along with many other talents too numerous to mention was the tremendous love she showed her family and friends. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her loving husband, Eugene A. Sheldon; her daughter and son in law, Stacy and Philip Longo; granddaughters, Le’na Longo and Morgan Longo; and brother, George Suggs.
