Peggy Florence Alice Brown

Mrs. Peggy Florence Alice Brown, age 95, of Delray Beach, Florida passed away on Monday, May 7, 2018.  Peggy was born in Brighton, England on March 27, 1923 to parents Hilda James Higgins and Albert Edward Higgins.  She had a brother and sister whom she loved deeply.

On December 11, 1943, Peggy married William (Bill) Ernest Brown, of Canada.  Peggy was a loving wife and mother.  Her passions in life were gardening, painting, crafts and traveling. She was an active member of her church and loved singing in the choir.  She lived most of her life in Highland Park in Delray Beach and had many friends.  Everyone who met Peggy loved her. She lived life to its fullest.

Peggy passed away peacefully surrounded by family and loved ones.  She will always be remembered by her children, sons, Brian Brown (Lenore), Ronald Brown (Christina), daughter, Susan Connor, grandchildren, Stephen Brown (Laura), Bradley Brown (Maggi), Christopher Brown, (Edie), Kim Fry, (Don), Amanda Martin, Matthew Bolden (Brandi), Timothy Bolden, (Lauren), Gregory Bolden and Allen Connor, Jr., great-grandchildren; Blake, Sloane, Reese, Mila and Jackson.

Peggy (Nana) will forever live in our hearts.  A family memorial will be planned at a later date.

 At Peggy’s request, private cremation services will be under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory in West Palm Beach, Florida.
