Dorotha Ann Patterson

Dorotha Ann Keller Patterson,” Dot”, left on May 21, 2018 to start her final adventure in heaven.

Dot was born in 1922 and was raised in California, where at 19 she met and married the love of her life, John Patterson “Pat”.  Dot loved her 60 years of marriage to Pat, raising their three children and caring for their home. During the thirty years “Pat” served in the Air Force, Dot thrived, while seeing the world. She never lost her love of travel and adventure. After retirement from the Air Force, they settled in West Palm Beach and eventually moved to the Cresthaven Ashley retirement community. They continued to travel and eagerly participated in the community and the activities. Dot treasured her family and was proud of the family reunions she planned. The reunions kept the families connected, as they settled across the USA and grew. Dot was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Patterson and her son, John Patterson Jr. She is survived by her daughters, Georgianna Futral  and Joann Robison, their respective husbands, Cecil and George, her beloved daughter-in-law, Linda Patterson, her six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S Military Trail, West Palm Beach, where friends may gather beginning at 2:00 PM.

A private service will be held at the grave site, when Dot is buried next to her husband, at Bushnell Cemetery, in late fall of this year. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Dot’s favorite charity, Heifer International. www.heifer.org
