Russell John Dowling, age 92, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away September 17, 2018. Mr. Dowling was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II. He was predeceased by his son, David L. Dowling and his wife, Evelyn D. Dowling.
He will be lovingly remembered by his family, including his children, Douglas A. Dowling (Nancy), Neil W. Dowling (Marlies), Wesley D. Dowling (Kathleen), Deborah D. Davis (Robert), 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
Private cremation services are in the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach.
Inurnment with military honors will take place at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia.
